Gurdarshan Singh Kler

Managing Partner

Gurdarshan Singh brings over 23 years of dedicated legal experience to the firm. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of London and subsequently attained his Certificate of Legal Practice in 1995. In 1997, he was admitted to the Malaysian Bar, marking the beginning of a distinguished career as an advocate and solicitor. Gurdarshan provides his expertise on matters relating to corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution and litigation, as well as conveyancing, among others.

Jagjit Singh Karata Singh

Senior Associate

Jagjit Singh graduated from the University of London and obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice in 1994. He was subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor to the High Court of Malaya in 1995. Jagjit focuses on conveyancing and probate work, bringing his extensive legal knowledge and experience to these critical areas of practice.

Siti Nur Hidayah Binti Md Zakaria

Senior Associate

She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaysia in 2012. Prior to practicing, she worked as an Assistant Legal Officer at the Selangor State Government. Siti Nur Hidayah specializes in conveyancing work, where her experience and dedication ensure exceptional service and results for her clients.

Syazni Nadirah Abd Halim

Associate

She graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in October 2020. Syazni's principal areas of practice include conveyancing, general civil litigation, with a particular focus on probate and administration of estate matters, as well as family law matters. Her commitment to her clients and her expertise in these areas make her a valuable asset to the firm.

Bakshvinder Singh A/L Makam Singh

Legal Assistant

Bakshvinder Singh holds an L.L.B. Honors from Aberystwyth University and a Certificate in Legal Practice. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2023. He is involved in the areas of estate planning, probate and administration, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, and corporate litigation. Bakshvinder is dedicated to delivering comprehensive legal solutions and is recognized for his analytical skills and strategic thinking.
